Frejn's Inferno 2008

Frejn’s Inferno is a snowboard event organised by snowboard legend Martin Freinademetz. It is organised yearly in Austria and Romania and it is a unique event because of the mass start and friendly atmosphere.

TLG is responsible for updating the event website.

Red Bull 1000Trails 2008

Red Bull 1000trails is the first snowmobile rally organized in Romania. The 2008 edition got bigger than last year, over 110 starting in the second snowmobile rally. It consists of a prologue show race near Paltinis, Romania and of two daily stages across the mountains around Sibiu, Romania.

TLG provided the following services:

GPS race tracks preparation
competitors’ GPS processing & evaluation during the race

Sibiu Christmas Market 2007

TLG, together with AgroPlus and the City Hall of Sibiu organised the first traditional Christmas Market in Sibiu.

Red Bull Romaniacs 2007

Red Bull Romaniacs is now a legendary enduro rallye. It is unique in its class and is organised yearly since 2004 by snowboard legend Martin Freinademetz.

World-class competitors like Cyril Despres (multiple Dakar winner) and many others come again every year to raace in the spectacular Romanian Mountains.

TLG has the exclusive responsibility for providing the GPS Navigation for this race.

It is a very demanding job with great responsibility:
calibrating printed maps for digital use
preparing digital racetracks
calculating refuelling point distances, expected riding times, etc.
registering competitors’ GPS
uploading GPS racetracks to the GPS
downloading GPS tracks from the GPS after each race
analysis of the GPS tracks for penalties identification

Eurobiker 2007

Eurobiker is a motorcycle charity tour organised with the purpose of helping orphaned and poor children and people.

Eurobiker 2007 started on 25.05.2007 in Luxembourg and continued through Split, Podgorica, Belgrade and to Sibiu.

TLG was responsible for the visit of the motor-bikers in Romania and assisted them with the following:

accommodation and dining
catering
coordinating Police escort
identifying orphanages that could be helped
coordinating with the Romanian Motorcycle Federation, the Romanian Prime Minister, the Mayor of Sibiu and the Romanian Police for organising the official welcoming ceremony
media coverage and press releases

Opening of the Landler Museum

The Landlers are a Romanian ethnical minority, speakers of a German dialect, who are also part of the entity of Transylvanian Saxons. They settled in villages as Neppendorf/Turnisor, nowadays neighbourhood of Sibiu, Großau/Cristian and Großpold/Apoldu de Sus, in Sibiu County.

The Landler Museum depicts the history of this minority and is located in Sibiu, Romania.

TLG assisted the museum with:
all digitally created or reproduced historical materials
organising the opening ceremony
marketing and media coverage of the event
special treatment of the VIP guests
